I’ve posted a video from reporter John Soderman of KUSI Television in San Diego. It is sensitive, respectful and a good example of really decent television reporting. Thank you for paying tribute to Chelsea King, a young woman who has moved everyone in our community in San Diego and who has become our daughter, our sister, our own. We honor, love and will always remember you Chelsea.

Apparently KUSI doesn’t keep their videos online, although they make them available to embed..? Don’t understand why. The video I’d originally embedded stopped working. Here is a link to local KUSI New San Diego

To check on the latest stories here’s another link to Channel 6 San Diego a Fox affiliate. I’ll check and if doesn’t stay active supply a link to the station’s regular home page, which should consistently stay working! 6 CW Headlines

I’ve been reflecting on feeling of disappointments and wondering how to work through issues to find meaning and purpose despite life’s setbacks. I’m at a crossroads and know that I need to find a deeper meaning and purpose.

Possibly you’ve been in the same place and feel stuck? It’s not so much that I feel I’m a failure. It’s just that I want to find more of something to do that has a genuine meaning to me in my life and also pays the bills!

Anyway I’ll be looking more at how to cope and move through challenges and would love to know what any of my readers are doing in their life’s to tackle challenges. Use the comment section to share.

I found a good video on Good Morning America which I offer you here. I plan to get the author’s book on audio. I hope the topic sparks a light for you in your path.

Life is full of letdowns and disappointments.

Probably best-known for his book, "When Bad Things Happen to Good People," Rabbi Harold Kushner has been writing about the bad moments in life for many years, and teaching us how to deal with them.

His latest advice comes in his new book, "Overcoming Life's Disappointments."

On The Early Show, he discussed why we seem to be more disappointed than ever, why he chose to use the life as Moses as a framework to understand disappointment, and some common disappointments and ways to reframe them in our lives. Finally, Rabbi Kushner looked at letting go of anger as a way to have a happy life.

Clutter makes you feel bad; it makes everyone experience feelings of anxiety and depression. If you do not do anything about clutter it will take over…

For the majority of homes, clutter seems to be a problem. A problem that if not attended to can cause your home and property to look trashy and make you as well as anyone else who enters feels ill at ease. However, the good news is you can make a big difference by getting clutter under control and actually eliminating it from your home or property.

How to Celebrate Valentine’s Day Single and Keep Your Sanity
